Camping safaris are designed for those in search of a real adventure, those who enjoy the unpredictable wilderness.
Specifically on camping Safaris you are expected to assist with the camp chores and your meals will be prepared by our expert safari cooks over wood fires under the mid-night stars or under the scorching sunshine and those who join are from all walks of life and nationalities usually between 16 and 60 years. Age however is not the criteria; all that’s required is a sense of humor, a willingness to participate, a spirit of adventure and above all a terrific smile.

Amboseli Special (3 Days/2 Nights)
DAY I: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Depart Nairobi at 0930hrs and drive through the Maasai country via Namanga on the Tanzania border and on to Amboseli (picnic lunch served en-route). On arrival set up the camp and time permitting proceed for a short game drive which provides a chance to see Rhinos, Giraffes, Lions, Elephants, and many other animals with Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak providing a magnificent back drop. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp
DAY 2: Amboseli National Park
Proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive at 0600hrs and thereafter return back to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast proceed a further game drive or to a lodge for swimming or shower and later return for Lunch at the campsite at 1530hrs. After lunch proceed for a late afternoon game drive returning back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3: Amboseli National Park -Nairobi
After breakfast depart the camp for the final game drive and thereafter leave Amboseli National Park for Nairobi with picnic lunch served en-route. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon.
The Hemmingway Trail, Maasai Mara Special (3 Days/2 Nights)
Regular departure
Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Depart from Nairobi for a journey south along the floor of the majestic Great Rift Valley. Lunch at Narok and then climb the western wall entering Hemmingway country “Serengeti plains” arriving late afternoon in the World famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve with a thrilling game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite
DAY 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
A full day is spent game viewing across the rich, tree studded grasslands and rolling hills. The famous Maasai Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain’s game, black manned lion, leopards and cheetah. It also has numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. All meals and overnight at the campsite
DAY 3: Maasai Mara - Nairobi
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi and enjoy a picnic lunch en-route to arrive back in Nairobi shortly before sunset.
Nairobi –Maasai Mara –Lake Nakuru –Nairobi (4 Days/3 Nights)
Day 1 : Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Depart Nairobi at 0930hrs for the World famous Maasai Mara game reserve with picnic lunch en-route. On arrival at the game reserve, proceed for a game drive en-route to the camp in search of black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetah, buffalo, and other plains game. Proceed to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Full day is spent exploring this unique park, which really forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. Meals and overnight at the camp
Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Morning game drives in Maasai Mara and thereafter depart Maasai Mara Game Reserve for Lake Nakuru with a sumptuous dinner and a cool overnight stay at a budget hotel.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi
Shortly after an english breakfast proceed for a game drive and depart for Nairobi in the early afternoon.
Sacred Maasai Shrine (4 Days/3 Nights) (Namanga Hills) Minimum 04 Persons
Day 01:
Depart Nairobi and drive south on the great north road past the kapiti plains, past the Maasai administrative town naiad.
Then proceed to bissil town and on to the campsite for lunch and prepare your walking gear on to the Namanga hills. Dinner and overnight at the camp
Day 02-03:
After breakfast begin walking/trekking with Maasai warriors and the resident guide with the equipment for the ritual and the slaughter goat/sheep. All meals at the shrine and one can participate with the permission of the elders.
Day 04:
Trek down to the camp and then join your transport back to Nairobi to arrive in the afternoon.
Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru – Nairobi (5 Days/4 Nights)
Day 1 : Nairobi -Maasai Mara
Depart Nairobi at 0930hrs for Maasai Mara Game Reserve with picnic lunch en-route. On arrival at the game reserve, proceed for a thrilling game drive en-route to the camp in search of black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, Buffalo and other plain’s game. Proceed to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Day 4 Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Shortly after Breakfast you depart the camp for Lake Nakuru which is World renowned for its masses of flamingoes and is often referred to as the “pink lake”. Besides birds, it is possible to see small game like Waterbuck, Impala, Rhino and Buffalo in the surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite
Day 5: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi
After breakfast proceed for a game drive and later depart for Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.
Nairobi -Maasai Mara- Lake Nakuru –Lake Bogoria-Lake Baringo-Nairobi (6 Days/5 Nights)
The safari takes us south through the stunning Great Rift Valley to the World famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve where the largest concentration of game in Kenya is to be found. Then back north to the remote lake Bogoria and Baringo a “bird watchers”and Naturalists Paradise.
Day 1 : Nairobi – Maasai Mara

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast depart the camp for Lake Nakuru with picnic lunch en-route at the safari junction. After lunch proceed to Lake Nakuru via Lake Elementaita stopping for panoramic and scenery viewing. You will arrive in Nakuru later in the afternoon with dinner and overnight stay at your camp.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru -Lake Baringo via Lake Bogoria
After an early breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and drive to Lake Baringo via Lake Bogoria and have a picnic lunch. Thereafter explore on foot these naturalist lakes and view the flamingoes in large numbers. Caution must be taken while walking close to the hot springs coz they are super hot. Return back to Nakuru for dinner and overnight stay at your camp.
Day 6: Lake Nakuru National Park – Nairobi
Game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park which is renowned for its large variety of birds and besides birds, it is possible to see a host of other game such as Waterbuck, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle in the surroundings. Return to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.
Nairobi -Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru- Samburu Option 5th day Lake Nakuru- Amboseli -Nairobi (7 Days/6 Nights)
Day 1 : Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Depart Nairobi at 0930hrs for the World famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve with picnic lunch en-route and on arrival at the game reserve, proceed for a thrilling game drive en-route to the camp in search of black manned lions, Elephants, Leopards, Cheetah, Buffalo and other plains game. Day 4: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast depart the camp for Lake Nakuru with a mouth-watering picnic lunch en-route at the safari Junction. After lunch proceed to Lake Nakuru via Lake Elementaita stopping for panoramic and scenery viewing. You will arrive in Nakuru later in the afternoon for dinner and overnight stay at your camp.
Day 5: option A- Samburu Game Reserve
Depart Nakuru after breakfast and drive north via Mount Kenya with a succulent picnic lunch en-route and later proceed to Samburu game reserve to arrive on time for a terrific game drive en-route to the camp. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp
Day 6: Samburu Game Reserve
Full day game viewing in Samburu in search of the Oryx, Gerenuk, Grevys Zebra, Reticulated Giraffes, Crocodile and Hippo’s along the Ewaso Nyiro River.Sumptuous meals and overnight stay at the camp.
Day 7: Samburu Game Reserve– Nairobi
Pre-breakfast Game drive and thereafter return back to the camp for breakfast. Shortly after breakfast depart for Nairobi with a super picnic lunch en-route arriving in the capital city late afternoon.
Day 5: Option B Lake Nakuru- Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast depart Lake Nakuru for Nairobi and proceed to Amboseli and lunch is served en-route. On arrival at Amboseli National Park undertake an exciting game drive en-route to the camp. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp
Day 6: Amboseli National Park
Full day in Amboseli with a superb opportunity to see the Rhino, Giraffe, Herds of Elephants and a host of other animals with Mount Kilimanjaro Africa’s highest peak providing a magnificent backdrop. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp
Day 7: Amboseli National Park -Nairobi
After breakfast depart the camp for the final game drive as you leave Amboseli for Nairobi with sumptuous picnic lunch en-route to arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon.
Turkana Special 8 Days
Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Baringo
After an early morning English breakfast depart Nairobi at 0930hrs for Lake Baringo with a sumptuous picnic lunch en-route. On arrival at Lake Baringo in the afternoon set up the camp and those who may be interested can arrange for a boat ride to witness the myriad of birds on this beautiful island with dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.
Day 2: Lake Baringo – Maralal – South Horr
Shortly after breakfast depart Baringo at 0700hrs for Maralal with picnic lunch en-route and after lunch undertake an exciting walk through the most colourful town, before proceeding to Baragoi via Isiolo which is on the edge of the majestic Great Rift Valley. Dinner and overnight stay at South Horr campsite
Day 3: South Horr – Lake Turkana
After breakfast depart South Horr at 0730hrs for Lake Turkana arriving on time for lunch at El Molo campsite which is on the shore of Lake Turkana. The rest of the day is at leisure by the stunning Jade Sea. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite
Day 4: Lake Turkana
After breakfast visit the El Molo village and return back to the campsite for lunch and the remainder of the afternoon is spent at leisure by either fishing or swimming if the crocodiles permit! The exciting visit to the El-Molo village is available at an extra cost. Meals and overnight stay at the campsite
Day 5: Turkana – Maralal
After breakfast, depart Turkana at 0900hrs for Maralal with sumptuous lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight stay at Maralal campsite
Day 6: Maralal – Samburu Game Reserve
Shortly after breakfast depart Maralal at 0830hrs for Samburu Game Reserve and on arrival proceed to the campsite. Have lunch and relax before proceeding for a late evening game drive and thereafter return back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Samburu Game Reserve
Early morning Pre-breakfast Game drive at 0630hrs before returning back to the camp for breakfast and thereafter undertake a further thrilling game drive before returning back to the camp for lunch.Later in the afternoon undertake another breath-taking game drive before returning back to the camp for dinner and a cool overnight stay.
Day 8: Samburu – Mount Kenya - Nairobi
After breakfast depart Samburu at 0800hrs for Naro Moru River Lodge for a super picnic lunch and while in Naro Moru drop off clients who want to remain behind to climb Mount Kenya and thereafter depart for Nairobi to arrive later in the afternoon.
Liota Special ( Maji Moto – Nguruman ) 6 Days
This is an Eco-tourism related safari package for those in search of adventure while on foot and coming face to face with wild animals and the Maasai warriors.
Day 01:
Depart Nairobi and drive via the Great Rift Valley to Narok Town. After short drive from here you will be dropped at Maji Moto a Swahili word meaning “hot waters”. Proceed on to Ndarara Camp for lunch. Walk for 1 ½ - 2 hours to Ndarara Camp for dinner and overnight stay (this is not an established camp, but a makeshift camp as you assist your guide with pitching them up)
Day 02:
After breakfast depart Ndarara to Letukunyi, this walk will take you 5 – 6 hours through the scattered bushes with dinner and overnight stay at Letukunyi
Day 03:
Depart Letukunyi early enough before the sun is too hot and pass Narosora for lunch or purchase what might be out of stock! After spending sometime with the Maasai in this modern Maasai town you then proceed to Morinjo for dinner and overnight stay in a selected area.
Day 04:
Depart Morinjo and walk through the dense forest (this is one of the few remaining true forest wilderness area in East Africa). This walk takes you 5 - 6 hours. Dinner and overnight at Enkutoto Camp
Day 05:
We have two options namely:
i. Depart Enkutoto and pass along the left side of the Great Rift Valley via the Nguruman Escarpment to Nguruman Town for dinner and overnight stay at a local hotel.
ii. Or depart Enkutoto slightly late and walk leisurely for 4 – 5 hours to Njoroi campsite for dinner and overnight stay. This camp has a breath-taking view of the surrounding areas, which include Lake Magadi, Ngong Hills and Lake Natron in Tanzania on a clear day.
Day 06:
After breakfast descend down the escarpment and through small farms to Nguruman Town for your journey back to Nairobi via Lake Magadi and Olgasiale Pre-historic sites and arrive in Nairobi later in the afternoon.
Nairobi - Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Samburu – Mount Kenya – Amboseli – Tsavo West – Tsavo East- Nairobi or Mombasa (12 Days /11 Nights)
DAY 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Depart Nairobi at 9.30a.m via the Great Rift Valley for the World famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve with picnic lunch and thrilling game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp
DAY 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Full day breath-taking game drives with dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 3: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
The itinerary is similar as Day 2 with an inclusion of a walking safari. Please note that the walking safari is optional or a visit to a Maasai Village and your driver/guide will advice you on the fee required. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp
DAY 4: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Pre-breakfast Game Drive and thereafter depart Maasai Mara for Lake Nakuru with dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.
DAY 5: Lake Nakuru – Samburu
Early morning game drive and then proceed to the Northern part of Kenya where we arrive at Samburu National Reserve on time for your late afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite
DAY 6: Samburu Game Reserve
Mid morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu with dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
DAY 7: Samburu – Mount Kenya
After breakfast depart Samburu for Mount Kenya with an exciting visit to the Mau Mau Caves with dinner and overnight at the campsite.
DAY 8: Mount Kenya –Amboseli National Park
Depart Mount Kenya for Amboseli National Park with a brief stop-over in Nairobi for lunch. Proceed thereafter to Amboseli arriving later in the afternoon on time for your thrilling game drive en-route to the camp.
DAY 9: Amboseli National Park
Pre-breakfast early morning Game Drive hoping to view the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro and thereafter return to the camp for breakfast.Shortly after breakfast proceed for your mid-morning game drive and then return back to the camp for lunch. Take a rest for the early part of the afternoon and then later undertake another exciting game drive with dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
DAY 10: Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park
Proceed for your final early morning game drive as you depart from the camp for Tsavo West National Park with a terrific game drive and lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight at the camp
DAY 11: Tsavo West National Park –Tsavo East National Park
Visit the Mzima Springs en-route to Tsavo East National Park with afternoon game drives in Tsavo East. Dinner and overnight at the camp
DAY 12: Tsavo East – Nairobi or Mombasa
After breakfast proceed for a magnificent game drive and return back to the camp for lunch and thereafter depart for Nairobi or Mombasa.
Nairobi – Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha –Lake Nakuru –Lake Bogoria -Samburu-Mount Kenya –Amboseli –Tsavo West –Tsavo East –Nairobi or Mombasa. (14 Days/13 Nights)
DAY 1: Nairobi –Maasai Mara Game Reserve
We depart Nairobi at 9.30hrs for the World famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve with mouth-watering picnic lunch en-route and on arrival procceed to the campsite.
After a short rest and if time allows, proceed for a thrilling game drive in search of Black maned Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Cheetah, Buffalos and other plains game. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Shortly after an early morning breakfast at 6.30hrs proceed for an early game drive and thereafter return back to the camp for lunch. After lunch undertake another game drive and return back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Full day game viewing in the Maasai Mara with an option of a nature walk or a visit to a nearby Maasai Village in between the meal breaks. Dinner and overnight at the camp
DAY 4 – Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha
Shortly after a sumptuous breakfast depart for Lake Naivasha and on arrival have lunch. After lunch visit Hells Gate National Park and the Geothermal Plant and later proceed to Fishermans Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Optional: Boat Ride in Lake Naivasha (A fresh water lake)
DAY 5: Lake Naivasha –Lake Nakuru
Depart after breakfast and drive to the home of millions of flamingoes and the home of Black and White Rhino and about 350 different species of birds and its known as the “Ornithological Paradise”. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp
DAY 6: Lake Nakuru – Lake Bogoria
After breakfast drive to Bogoria where the hot water springs abound and plenty of medicinal springs. After lunch visit Lake Baringo and undertake a boat trip to witness the various species of birds and ancient caves. Please note that the boat ride is limited for only one hour and if one requires more hours one pays direct. Dinner and overnight at the camp
DAY 7: Lake Bogoria – Samburu Game Reserve
Shortly after an early morning breakfast at 6.30hrs depart for Samburu with lunch en-route arriving late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the campsite
DAY 8: Samburu Game Reserve
After breakfast depart for an early morning game drive and thereafter return back to the camp for lunch. At 1600hrs undertake another game drive and then return back to the campsite for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 9: Samburu – Mount Kenya
After breakfast, depart Samburu for Mount Kenya (Nanyuki), arriving on time for a sumptuous lunch. After lunch undertake a visit to the Mau Mau Caves (where Kenyan Freedom Fighters could hide from the British Troops during the Colonial period).
DAY 10: Mount Kenya – Nairobi –Amboseli National Park
After breakfast drive south via the largest open-air market in East and Central Africa known as Karatina and proceed on to Nairobi arriving on time for a mouth-watering lunch. Shortly after lunch proceed to Amboseli arriving late afternoon for a thrilling game drive with Mount Kilimanjaro providing a magnificent backdrop. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite
DAY 11: Amboseli National Park
Pre-breakfast Game drive and thereafter return back to the camp for breakfast. Shortly thereafter we set off for a whole day of game viewing with breath-taking game drives in this magnificent park.
Optional :
- A visit to a Maasai Village

- Swimming in one of the Lodges
Thereafter return back to the campsite for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 12: Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast drive via Chyulu Hills to Tsavo West National Park arriving on time for lunch. Shortly after lunch undertake an exciting game drive and a special excursion to Mzima Springs (The main source of drinking water for Mombasa). Return back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay
DAY 13: Tsavo West –Tsavo East National Park
After breakfast depart for Tsavo East National Park which is famous for its large numbers of elephants and the famous Man-Eating Lions (during the building of the Kenya/Uganda Railway way back in 1890).
DAY 14: Tsavo East – Nairobi or Mombasa
Shortly after breakfast, depart Tsavo East for Nairobi or Mombasa.
